Clean room, great location, beautifully restored historic building

Staff are great but the bed and pillows were uncomfortable. Especially the pillows they are horrible. I had to use a towel as my pillow. Other hotels have feather pillows that are far more comfortable. It would be nice to have a choice. For this reason we won’t return. It’s too bad because everything else was nice.

Hotel was perfect location and very clean

Very Curteous, Spotless, roof on upper area not completed. But all else was amazing!

Hands down one of the best hotel in miami.

The staff was courteous and helpful. The apartment was equipped with basic essentials. The area was quiet. I would suggest adding oven mittens in the kitchen as there was nothing to use to take the pan out of the oven with.

Really great staff . The room was also very clean and give a lot of complementary things.

The hotel was beautiful and the staff was amazing and meet our every need and made wonderful recommendations for lunch and dinner. It was not just a hotel it was an experience.

The service was excellent. The room was outstanding.
