Room was a little dirty. Some trash in the closet and socks left under the bed skirt from the previous person. The rooms show their age.

Absolutely AMAZING in every way. The Plaza exceeded my expectations and was central in making our engagement weekend a time that we will always remember! The STAFF are what truly sets the Plaza apart. Always helpful, humorous and posh without being stuffy, the staff truly are the soul of the institution.

One of the best hotels in which I have stayed. Very clean. Staff is very attentive and friendly. And of course, location location location.

Hotel bar closes at 10pm which as a hotel guest is disappointing. Excuse is it’s a separate business?????

Yes everything was perfect

Was initially put in the room that shared a wall with the gym. 202. No one should be given that room. My daughter and I were there in ny to attend an early morning doctor appt at NYU. We were woken up at 10:30 by banging coming from the gym. I called and they moved us to a quieter location but we lost some sleep since we had to repack and move and get resettled for our early morning. That room should not be given out to guests ever.

The staff is AMAZING and makes this hotel where we stay every trip to NYC. The breakfast is also a big selling point, along with easy location for shows. The rooms are terribly small, not in super fantastic condition; but we don’t spend much time in the room anyway.

Great location for Times Square and subway.
