We really liked this place the price is great for the location and the facility itself. The room was big enough, definitely larger than other hotels we stayed at in Paris. The location is great, many restaurants, bus stop 2 minutes walking, and close to the Siene. I wish we would have stayed here instead of the first place where we paid a lot more and location was very close to each other. I definitely recommend this place. The breakfast variety is very ample, with many selections and fresh orange juice at 22 Euros per person. Overall, I considered this place a great value for your dollar.

This is small boutique hotel in a great location. Cozy, but very functional rooms with nice amenities. Modern well stocked bathrooms. Located in a nice diverse neighborhood with plenty of restaurants and shops. Close to several Metro stops which makes it easy to see the sites in Paris. Walking distance to the Opera and Galleries Lafayette. Get the breakfast option which includes a large variety of items and is very convenient. The staff are friendly and helpful.

Everything was great, the room was tidy clean and the staff were incredibly helpful.

I am torn on this. We paid a premium to stay here in a duplex suit. Firstly the staff were amazing and would do anything they could to help you. They made the stay to be fair. Now to the room, very nice but the carpet was quite marked, loved the upstairs with the second TV which meant we could watch different programmes as there was a TV downstairs. The room is functional and clean, I didn't understand the coffee machine and kettle plugged into a cupboard though!!! So while we enjoyed our stay, I am distracted by the price we paid, it might have been more expensive as there was tennis event on and the Paris 10K, not able to fully comment on that. Would I have paid full price no, would I stay again, absolutely as the location is great, 10 mins from the Eiffel Tower and 15 mins from Gare du Nord using the metro 8 and 4 lines. Plenty of places to eat around, So location is pretty damn good as well. Maybe I am just a tight Yorkshire man. As mentioned, we enjoyed our stay and would likely stay again as we know our way around now and the staff were great. Hope that helps folks.

We prepaid 10 days at the hotel (no refund option). We thought a 5 star by the opera house would be a great home base. The hotel had a boutique lobby feel. We booked a larger room with a view. The room they put us in was a nice layout with a private walk in closet, separate large toilet rm and separate rm with sink and tub. It was on the 6th flr where we had a street view with the statue of Napolean at Vendome. The breakfast was up to par of a 5 star. The staff were friendly. Small gym. Now the issue. Given it is a old building centered by the opera house, there are lots of train lines moving underground. We can feel it and hear it on the 6th floor. Though it is not like you're on the platform, but when a metro passes underneath, it breaks the calm silence of your room with a low rumble sound/feel that can last 5-10 secs at least 2-4 times every 10 minutes. The metro runs as early at 5:30am-ish and ends 1:30am-ish. So if you're a sensitive person, be warned. I felt this low rumble the first night we stayed at the hotel. Didn't realize it until we were all unpacked and ready for bed. It bothered me enough to ask for a different room early morning next day. Being in a prime location, the hotel was completely booked. Staff offered a different room in the same category (not an upgrade) 3 days later. The room was smaller and had the same low rumble noise/feel, so not worth changing. 5 days into our stay, we stayed outside our room longer & were able to tune most of it out.

The only problem was check in. If you were a rich foreigner you got a room immediately. Two women from America waited 2 1/2 hours for a room. Not thrilled with reception people. Wouldn’t acknowledge you were waiting at all.

If you’re looking for a cozy boutique hotel in the heart of Paris then Snob Hotel is perfect for you. The staff were so attentive and made our first visit to Paris that much better. They helped us with restaurant and bakery recommendations. And when we arrived they spent time explaining the convenient metro stops which made getting around Paris a breeze. And also they setup the most delicious breakfast, continental style. Great experience, beautiful hotel. Loved sitting at the outside table with a cafe au lait, living like a Parisian. C’etait magnifique!!!

The property was in a great location to visit the Louvre and other popular sites. The staff was so very friendly and helpful. The air-conditioning was fantastic and able to provide great relief from the 100° heat. Our rooms were clean, beautifully, decorated, and well stocked withs variety toiletries, drinks, and snacks.

The best part of the hotel was that air conditioning that worked marvelously in the heat wave of heat waves. That alone was enough to turn a blind eye to all the other aspects anyone would typically query. The room was clean. Staff at check in, amazing! Supermarket, bus and metro all nearby, restaurants but the restaurants are all of similar ilk despite how numerous they are. There is a design issue with the hotel which impacts their rating/reviews e.g. black carpet typically shows every spec of lint which can make a place look like it's not been cleaned well they should have stuck with tiles for a communal areas, brown carpet never ages well, the chosen fixtures are not meant for hotel use as they won't last repeated use without needing constant repairs and you get one flat pillow in a single room. One or two things didn't work, nothing air conditioned room couldn't fix mentally. Rooms are typical Parisian size, close to Gate du Nord and l'est. The outside needs TLC, and the neighborhood is questionable and this from a South Londoner (this area is NOT the same as South London). There are groups of males at night on the road but no harm was done, I assumed it's a religous/cultural thing.

Nice hotel in a convenient location. I wish the standard rooms had a bit more space. Staff was very friendly.

It says transportation from the airport is available but it’s not. The bar downstairs was closed the entire time as well. Room is extremely small and things inside were broken/not maintained. The tv options were extremely limited. Staff were very nice!
