Lower Sugarloaf Key Beach Vacations

The room was clean and it stayed nice and cold. The staff at the front desk were polite and accommodating. The rooms do not have irons only steamers (ours was broken). That was a little annoying. Check-in was done at the Boulon which those directions were not clear when I booked but overall a nice time. All of the bartenders were great and the location is only 2 blocks from the beach. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance too!

Horrible checkin / checkout... Would never stay there again...Double charged me entire stay and still fighting to get someone to refund 2nd one that is so clearly a duplicate for same stay....

The room was okay.. there was something that looked like black mold near the front door but staff addidas it wasn't (I'm not so sure)... the staff in the restaurant/ kitchen seemed to be a little sensitive when I said I didn't like something that was on a plate that I ordered. I didn't say that there was an issue with their cooking or the eat they prepared it, it just wasn't my personal preference (I was not a fan of any of the food I had during my 17 hour stay). However, front desk was amazing! She helped with every issue and made sure we had accommodations to get to our next destination on time.
