Great staff and a he beds were very comfortable

A winter stay didn't allow for seeing all the benefits of the location, but it seemed like a good spot for metro and highway access. The building is dated but clean. The unit was clean and functional. The kitchen was fine and well appointed with all of the expected necessities. The bathrooms are in need of updating. Some water damage is evident. And one shower head did not work at all, but I'm sure it will be resolved. The living areas were clean. A true coffee table would be better to have than the little table that was there. Parking is good at $20 per day. When you first get there and you are parking in the garage, make your immediate left to enter the garage. This is before you get to the front enhance. Drive all the way to the end of the garage level one. Look right and you will see the next lower level. Turn down there and you can park in the 2nd level. There are elevators that take you to the ground floor to get your keys. It's a bit confusing initially.

Overall, the location of this place and the apartment itself is wonderful. The check-in process is cumbersome, as well as the process to get/use the garage access. However, I would do it all over again, the price for parking here is much cheaper than anywhere else. There is quick and easy access to DC via the subway. Definitely recommend staying here with a family versus in DC for much more cost.

Highs - Fitness center was great. Room was clean. Lows - Small things.. Shower was equipped with a rain head as well as handheld sprayer. The switch to turn off handheld was broken. Also, the TV was locked down to only channels/content provided by hotel. The hdmi/usb ports were disable and I was unable to connect my laptop to the TV.

Beautiful hotel. They told us all in room supplies were free but there was only a few coffee pods there. Also, there was only 1 washcloth and 1 hand towel. At such a nice hotel I wouldn’t expect them to be chinch about supplies. We were also double charged for parking and they wouldn’t credit us for it without a receipt emailed to them, but we never received a receipt. we showed them the charge on our credit card app, but that wouldn’t suffice. Again, for such a nice hotel you would think they would just credit it.

Nice hotel and good location. The shower didn’t have much water pressure, which was disappointing.

Spacious room with nice desk space and separate sitting area. Excellent breakfast The only problem was the lighting in the bathroom. The lights in front of the mirror were too dim and it was difficult to shave, put make-up on etc.

Great location, safe. Nice room and common areas. Housekeeping did a great job every day.

The front desk staff was very helpful during the check in process and changing of rooms. To no fault of theirs, we had to change rooms and I ended up in an hypoallergenic room which was perfect for me. Room was clean and had the most wonderful view. Room service was great.

The linens, some were stained and the utensils were dirty. In general the staff around the building are excellent but seem to be unlinked to any of the leases so they are no help in the process. The apartment looked like advertised but better attention to cleaning is a must for the price quoted. The apartment smelled and felt unused for a very long time.
