I booked this property months in advance and requested a lower-floor room due to a hip injury that makes stairs difficult. Based on prior reviews mentioning an elevator, I assumed accessibility wouldn’t be an issue or that I would be notified if it was. Upon arrival, I was assigned a room on one of the highest floors (four flights up). The lockbox instructions were unclear, requiring multiple trips up and down the stairs. The elevator referenced in earlier reviews was still out of service. I contacted the property to ask about possible alternatives. The conversation was uncomfortable, unproductive and dismissive, and the manager repeatedly emphasized that this was a business and that no refund would be considered, nor was I offered any solutions, flexibility, or a simple apology for this oversight. Because of this, I chose not to stay and forfeited the full cost of the reservation. Between the lack of accommodation and the way this situation was handled, I would not recommend this property to anyone expecting basic consideration or professionalism.

Great place with the most amazing view of Prague and directly under the Prague Castle. Will return 100%.

Centrally located

The hotel had so much character and the location was central which was very convenient.

Lovely hotel in a great area. Able to walk to lots of attractions, bars and restaurants. Comfortable beds and choice of pillows. Nice restaurant and breakfast choices. Even had lactose free milk. Would definitely recommend

We had a great stay. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the hotel's location was excellent. Close to public transportation and within walking distance of many attractions in downtown Prague. It was very easy to get around the city, especially if you enjoy exploring on foot. We would definitely stay here again

The hotel is centrally located within the city centre. It's also quite easy to reach using metro from the airport. The breakfast buffet was very nice too.

The breakfast was great. Clean rooms and the staffs were great. Especially @the restaurant.

Clean room and well maintained property

Very spacious and sunlit rooms. A couple of block away from the historic bridge, yet very quiet area. It was easy to get to any other place from there via the tram. If you like running and like a challenge the beautiful garden leading to the monastery is two blocks the other way.
