Far from Dresden central station. Taxi from Dresden train station to hotel is €30. We decided to take the tram after check out. We're lucky people walking around showed us the way to tram station. Nice hotel but there's no ac.

Room was clean. Staff were very accommodating. Complimentary breakfast was excellent. Well located with easy walking to major attractions in Prague.

Comfortable, quiet and delicious breakfast.

I had a pleasant stay at Hotel Dresden Neustadt. The room was clean and comfortable, with everything needed for a short visit. The location is convenient, close to the city centre and easy access to local shops. The staff were friendly and helpful during my stay, which made the experience smooth overall. The hotel itself is simple but well maintained, and it offers good value for money. Overall, a solid choice if you’re visiting Dresden and looking for a comfortable and practical place to stay.

The staff are helpful. Almost everyone spoke English (not that I expected, but it was nice not to use a translation app). They asked me a few questions about why we were there and told us the easiest and cheapest way to get there. When our train departed late, they allowed a late checkout for a fee. They even helped when my taxi fell through and got us to the train station with plenty of time to spare.

The staff were wonderful and we were able to check in early. The room was spacious and decorated nicely.

Great location and friendly staff

Absolutely brilliant stay. Very friendly staff (especially the breakfast team) and a wonderful spa. Our suite was beautiful too - it felt like we had stepped back in time but with all the modern amenities we could want. 10/10 would recommend and we are already planning our next trip here :)

Everything was very good, though the lobby bar had a small selection. The breakfast was excellent, though the space was tight during busy hours

Friendly staff, great location and excellent facilities. My only bit of feedback to improve is get rid of the big keychain on the room key
