Great stay, staff was excellent and breakfast at the restaurant downstairs was wonderful

No amenities such as pool or restaurant. The location was close to train station, shops and restaurants.

On site restaurant is amazing. Loved the PM free bourbon tasting. Room itself is beautiful, with that frontier elegance vibe that we were looking for in a Denver hotel.

10out of 10 would recommend this hotel and visit again.

Surprise! There is a $30 “Destination” fee per night. This place is not a resort and this fee is charged to make you eat and drink at their hotel valet at s $68 a night and this charge does not count against the $30 charge. All elevators don’t work and the two that do are the worst riding I have ever felt in a new hotel. The main stairs to the second floor are worn out and the handrail is severely scratched from instillation. An exterior door is locked which is a fire code issue , apparently it’s expensive to fix so locking it during business hours is the solution. Breakfast was good and the staff nice . The tile in the shower needs to be cleaned better starting to look dirty or moldy. A large amount of construction around the hotel. Roof top pool is great bar area looks used and the bar equipment was dirty, I assume this would be cleaned before use.

We only stayed for 1 night I was so impressed with the front desk! So kind and thoughtful for our anniversary as well as the amenities... we got unexpected snow and they helped us have a fantastic night! The architecture was stunning, the room was beautiful and the convenience of train station was perfect!

Room was clean and it was very pleasant. Staff at the front desk were very courteous and attentive. Overall it was a great experience foe me. Thank you.
