The hotel has everything you need for a city stay. Reception looked great and smells amazing. Studio apartment big with plenty of room, could have fitted more than 2 in the room. Had pretty much everything you need for a short stay, could eat in with no issues. Pool was clean and completely empty when I went. Pillows in the room were the worst pillows I have ever seen in a hotel, were like a sheet or paper. The train line that runs down the side, although not that frequent it was actually very audible in the room on the 13th floor. The aircon was substandard for the size of the room/hotel - would have been better to leave the freezer door open. Mattress was very firm, too firm for my liking but that’s just a personal preference. That being said I would definitely book again, will just need to avoid the extreme hot months and bring my own pillow

Really lovely escape in the city center. Lovely rooms and bathroom. The staff were friendly and helpful. Will stay again when the rooftop bar is finished.

What a fabulous hotel. Spacious modern room; lovely toiletries; free.soft drinks in minibar and good tea/coffee making facilities (with mugs!). Got room at a competitive rate compared to other options. Friendly helpful staff. Didn’t have time to try out wider facilities in hotel but would definitely recommend this hotel.

I had an amazing stay at The Alan, the staff were really lovely, the breakfast was great. The location is good. I would definitely stay again! Thank you!
