Our hotel room was so dirty and disgusting. They also turned the water off for 6 hours one day so we couldn't use the toilet, sink or shower. Very disappointed with our stay sadly.

This hotel location is right near Times Square and Broadway. It is super clean and the room comfortable. We had the breakfast buffet every morning that was delicious. They have such polite and friendly staff everywhere. So well organized and friendly. Should definitely stay here again!
