The toilet didn’t work properly, took awhile for the water to get hot, the shower head was pulled away from the wall and the sink didn’t drain properly. Also don’t appreciate having to pay for parking when residing at the hotel.

Beautiful place with spectacular views!

I had a truly excellent stay and felt comfortable from the very first moment. The apartment was extremely clean, brand new, modern, and very well equipped — everything I needed was there. The high-quality cotton bedding ensured great sleep, and the overall standard exceeded expectations. The amenities are fantastic. The rooftop is amazing, with beautiful views, and the hot tub is especially enjoyable on cooler days. Everything is clearly very well maintained and carefully looked after. There are also dedicated areas for breakfast and quiet, separated workspaces, which makes it easy to relax or work peacefully away from the common areas. The staff were professional, friendly, and very responsive. All my questions were answered quickly, and anything I needed was taken care of immediately. Even though there is construction nearby, it did not affect the calm and restful atmosphere at all. The location is one of the biggest advantages. Bayfront Park, Bayside Marketplace, and the Miami Worldcenter area are all just a few minutes’ walk away, offering restaurants, nightlife, waterfront walks, and attractions — perfect for enjoying the city both day and night without needing a car. Wynwood, the Design District, and Brickell are about 10 minutes away, and Miami Beach is easy to reach by Uber or public transportation, including free local options. The Brightline station is also very close.

Happy with my two bedroom rental. The only issue, is that there is no tv service. If you don’t have your own accounts, Netflix, Samsung etc. there is no tv.

I had a wondeful time at this hotel (1/20-1/24/2026). The staff was polite, friendly and always ready to help. Room was clean and stylish exacly like the photo. The location is perfect: quiet and peaceful. And the same time not far from popular places. I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to others.
