Awful, rundown and shabby. Only redemption, the sfaff, despite the choas they tried. Martha was a real star, and deserves a better job

Needed to be at NEC on short notice and hotels were crazy prices. So I took a gamble and it paid off! Simple cabin all amenities good bed and no noisy neighbours, no lifts and doors banging at all hours. I’d taken earplugs & didn’t need them - basic - simple and relaxing! Perfect! Only annoyance was having an excellent cooked breakfast with table service instead of wandering aimlessly around a buffet! Great value and a real change from bland uniformity or chains that try too hard!

エアコンがない。扇風機はありましたが、夏場はとても暑いです。

Fabulous building, staff were amazing with a special call out to Jill who went over and above. Breakfast was really great. Parking free and right at the door. I would highly recommend Oddfellows .

シャワーの水圧不足。それに加えてシャワーから水漏れ。34000円を取るホテルならば基本的な部分が出来ていない！

Check in staff unhelpful and took some debate to get a second keycard. The room had faulty and taped over bedside lights. Dinning in was also terrible. Poor gentleman was in training and when he asked the manager for support who was sat next to him at check in. He was ignored. Manager was quite obviously on a personal call. They could neither offer our choice of meal or drink. Further to that the dinning room was freezing. The manger told us the warmest part to sit. Then mid meal turned the tv on to football at such a level without asking if we were okay ( bare in mind the radio was also On at the same time) The food was cold and below standard. Our table wasn’t clean. We left our meal. The nights stay was so noisy. Very very disappointed as we stay at this chain 2-3 times a month. Very very disappointing. Needs much improvement all round.

The hotel overall offered a very good price for a reasonably convenient location, the bed itself was nothing to get hyped about, but it just about beats out a sofa bed. There was an Air Conditioning (or just Heater/Cooler) unit in the room, but the control panel just flashed "E3" repeatedly and otherwise done nothing whilst it was turned on - there was however a small fan in the room which was OK as a backup. Parking is plentiful and we had no trouble finding a space, even when arriving back to the hotel late at night. All the staff we spoke to were very pleasant. If I wanted a more comfortable sleep, because of the bed I'd choose elsewhere, but for the price we paid it was a good option for a bed and then breakfast buffet the following morning.
