Friendly, helpful staff. Fantastic room, location and views. Fabulous fluffy towels. Bathroom had a bath with jets and separate shower cubicle. Breakfast had lots of variety and very tasty. A fantastic stay.

The hotel was very clean, and had a really good sized room. The gym was also a very good size with decent equipment. The hotel is close to the airport via bus and also a bus ride away from Venice, so it was very convenient. Helpful staff and also had a laundry on site which was convenient since I had a lot of laundry that needed to be done, and was reasonable priced to use. The only thing I did not like about the hotel was it’s in the middle of nowhere if you wish to walk to places close by, you will need a car or a bus to go to shops and other places. There is a really big park near the hotel at a walking distance which was nice to explore. The bus to Venice is also right in front of the hotel, don’t forget that in Venice you have to tap on & off the buses or else you’ll be charged more than the normal fare. All and all the hotel was a good stay and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a hotel close to Venice but not directly on the islands.

Nice hotel, enjoyed out quite stay

Room was rather disappointing, with synthetic bed linnen, uncomfortable pillows, no place to keep clothes, just some hangers like low budget hotels. The breakfast was industrial without fresh ingredients or healthy options, mostly processed food. The location and view was good.

Great to stay just south of San Marco. Great restaurants withing a short distance. We were just a few minutes walk from the Academia and Peggy Guggenheim museums and very minimal distance from the Academia Bridge. The hotel is lovely. Breakfast was great and a good way to start the day. Servers at breakfast were very friendly and helpful. We stayed a week and were glad to be out of the busiest areas but still close enough to everything.
