Was clean, modern and elegant. The bar was very big and inviting. Watching the planes takeoff and land was amazing.

Great location with friendly and efficient staff. The rooms could likely use a style update. The in-room food was delivered fast but was slightly cold. Still, even with those minor complaints, the class & amenities merit a full rating.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay and the hotel itself has a great vibe and beautiful design. One thing that would have really elevated the experience would be having the terrace open throughout the day so guests could fully enjoy the property. It would have been such a nice place to relax, read a book, or enjoy coffee. The terrace was typically only open after 5 PM. The first night we were there it was closed for a private party, and another evening it did not open until 7 PM, which felt a little limiting for guests wanting to use the space during the day. The surrounding neighborhood is definitely a bit gritty. While I personally felt safe, there was a noticeable amount of drug activity and homelessness nearby.

The room itself was nice, albeit small, which I understand happens in metropolis. Our room keys stopped working everyday we were there which is a pain to have to remember to check it before you leave the room to see if it’s working. Especially since you can’t use the elevator without it. There was only one elevator working which means it took forever, and it only fits maybe 6 people if squeezed tightly. At one point I waited 10 minutes for the elevator which was being used by the staff. There is also only one luggage cart which you have to wait your turn if it is close to check out time. It wasn’t a bad place per se but I expected more for the high rating.

Parking was difficult with automation. Difficult getting out. Need a gate person. Gate automated bar almost hit my hood. Valets were on their phones not helpful. Would consider not staying thete until they fix it. A five star hotel needs 5 star personnel. Not more automation

This is my favorite San Francisco hotel/condo. I’ve stayed here five times and highly recommend it.

The hotel was beautiful and the free breakfast was amazing. It was located within walking distance of Fisherman’s Warf so that made it convenient to leave my car in their parking structure and get to explore the area.

Great rooms. Perfect location. Beautiful hotel overall. Wish we had more time at the property. We'd love to stay again.
