Need more car parking bays as very hard to find parking And should have noise restrictions after 10pm

Great location and pool was superb. Bathrooms a little dated but rest of accomodation was nice.

The staff at the QT was very professional and friendly. The hotel had neat Miami feel with mice dinning options. I enjoyed the pizza and calamari at the Stingray and I also enjoyed the sushi at the Izakaya that they had. The breakfast buffet was also done well. The only thing is that property was going through some renovations and the rooms need to be updated a tiny bit.

Apartment overlooked the beach, the complex seems smaller than it actually was as the apartment was very quiet and private. Cannot fault it for a family stay, close to everything great facilities and great local restaurants. We will be back.

At first for what I paid versus what i expected didnt align. I selected mountain view and in no way did i receive that. Also first night i attempted to utilise the blinds in which they fell from the roof. The first request was that a staff mber will unscrew it until the nexy day for it to be fixed. I requested an uograde which was granted however on a lower floor. In this unit it looks just over the spa and windows arent tinted whivh eliminates alot of privacy. My concerns would be A) Safety is not considered highly in staffs mind as it was a very tough conversation to be moved rooms. B) Privacy may not be thought of when it comes to rooms looking over the spa/pool area. C) for price paid no house keeping offered and expected to keep place as tidy as I found it to when i left. D) Also once room change was sorted there was no follow up in how i was finding the stay. It was a great stay how ever a few of these things shoukd be considered for the wellbeing and safety of customers booking at synergy. Appologies for photo attached with captions. We had a great stay the staff that served us at buffer dinner was very good. He looked after us very well. Service was highly recommended. Great job . Was there for a wedding for our niece really enjoyed our stay function was also held at Sheraton

Everything was so easy and perfect and talk about nice and peaceful with not much traffic like other beach’s. Pay the extra few dollars and go top floor and don’t worry there is a lift. Could invest in a trolley so our luggage could be taken up in a couple of trips from car park .Will be back next year if all goes well thank you
