It was a convenient location

Complex has two pools and a sauna. Room was great with a modern bathroom. Was able to check in early when I arrived.

We arrived very early in the morning and the front desk was superhelpful. They stored our luggage, then they directed us to breakfast and provided the courtesy of 2 free coffees. Breakfast was delicious, with a very nice spread of continental breakfast, granolas and yogurts, plus made-to-order eggs and hot offerings like bacon, sausage, and french toast. The reakfast area was lovely and had large picture windows overlooking the surf. The 2-room suite we shared with our kids was roomy, comfortable, and clean. It had a beautiful view of the shoreline. The hotel also had a very nice pool and spa area. The pool looked out on the ocean. This is a wonderful property, I would stay here again in a heartbeat!!

Loved our stay at Xanadu, lovely huge apartments with wonderful views, and so close to restaurants and the beach!

Great place to stay on the Gold coast. Check in was poor having to queue to access the single small lift up to reception, but this will resolve oncce building works have finished

Apartment overlooked the beach, the complex seems smaller than it actually was as the apartment was very quiet and private. Cannot fault it for a family stay, close to everything great facilities and great local restaurants. We will be back.

Great location! get a beach view you wont regret it! nice pool! and the breakfast is honestly one of the best ive had at a hotel!

Everything was so easy and perfect and talk about nice and peaceful with not much traffic like other beach’s. Pay the extra few dollars and go top floor and don’t worry there is a lift. Could invest in a trolley so our luggage could be taken up in a couple of trips from car park .Will be back next year if all goes well thank you

It was a convenient location

Great location modern apartments. Nice pool area and hot tub. Helpful staff. Our apartment was unfortunately quite dark as didn't get the sun most of the day and we had initial apartment balcony cleanliness issues but these were addressed quickly by the staff when brought to their attention . Hardly surprising as the the sliding doors to the balcony were very sticky and almost impossible to open throughout our stay so would have been an issue for the cleaning staff. Otherwise it was quite comfortable and a pleasant stay
