we loved that it was peaceful, has an adult pool, places to walk and get exercise beyond the golf course, plus many options for physical activities. We also visited the Coral which was in the most beautiful location, so cleanly and loved the variety of animals. Fun for any age.
The only thing that we could complain about was the softness of the mattress. It seemed to have two imprinted bodies, so probably needs replacing.

Cute property. Luis was excellent at check-in and a later request. A few blocks off the main drag through town… a bit longer of a walk to the shore. Our room had a balcony & fireplace. Nice! Bathroom has older style fixtures. If you’re wanting Pebble Beach luxury, look elsewhere, otherwise good for normal travelers. Pool is currently closed.
