President suite을 예약하니 뷰가 좋은 펜트하우스로 업드레이드 해주었습니다. 뷰는 환상적이고, 숙소는 쾌적하고 넓고 깨끗하고 좋았습니다. 인원에 맞게 침구를 주어좋았습니다 딱 하나 아쉬운 점은 숙소에 dishwasher 를 쓸 detergent 를 주지 않아서 dishwasher 를 사용힐 수 없었습니다

Luxurious, clean, spacious, convenient location. Excellent housekeeping staff. When we come to Busan again, I will definitely book another stay at this hotel. I love it!

Easy walking distance to subway, shopping mall and markets. A little quiet at night in the immediate surroundings. Lovely views from room and rooftop. Convenient having free washer and dryer in the basement as not many ppl seem to use it. Rooms were not big but sufficient.

Furnitures and room itself were a bit worn out here and there. Expected to have bidet in the washroom but it didn’t. However, in overall, very clean and nice equipped room. Hotel facilities were a bit rusted but still fancy. Staffs are very kind and helpful. Visited couple of restaurants and they provided good quality and tasty dishes. Very family friendly so sometimes pools are crowded. Maybe i will revisit someday.

The hotel is newer and clean. The room was just as the pictured — very nice. Restroom is on the bottom floor of the room. The food options were ok. A little bit too pricey in our opinion for what you get. Parking was very convenient. Only thing that was disappointing was the bigger outdoor rectangle pool in the pictures was not the pool we were able to enjoy. They didn’t mention if we can pay extra to use it. That was misleading. The mobydick market was nice, wish the staff took a minute to kind of give us a breakdown of the hotel area that would have been helpful.

The room faced south and had floor to ceiling windows for a beautiful view of the ocean. The bathroom was spacious with a tub with small TV and separate shower. The toilet/sink was in a separate space. Our room had a small table to sit at and enjoy snacks, coffee, and the view. The room came with a Nespresso with complimentary pods and water. We really enjoyed our stay because of the view and it was easily walkable to some cafes and OliveYoung and Daiso just a block or two away.

The location is perfect and easy to stroll to BIFF square and Lotte mall. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room is clean and spacious. The minus thing was only they did not provide bath towel only hand towel. They might provide it but i won’t bother at all.

1. 8mins walk fm Seomyeon stn (metro line 1 & 2). Surrounded by many restaurants & convenient stores. Lotte Dept Store, Seomyeon underground shopping st. & food st. are also nearby. 2. The building shared btw few tenants and Arban Hotel occupied few levels. No dedicated lift for hotel guest, but u need hotel room card to access to yr floor. Didn't notice if there is a CCTV/cam inside/near the lift and so for solo traveller, please be careful. Reception is at 13th floor. 3. We arrived Arban Hotel at around 11am and a bit disappointed that we were not able to check in early hence we left our luggage at the reception area. 4. We checked in on Wednesday for 2 rooms & 3 nights stay, my rooms were at 6th floor, were able to sleep well on our 1st night. When come to 2nd night, we started to hear noise when we entered into our room, as the noise level were within our acceptance level hence we had ignored it. When come to 3rd night (Friday), the noise became obvious and we finally realized that there was a bowling center on the 5th floor (below our floor), and the ball rolling & striking sound last till midnight, we didn't ask for a change since we will be checking out the next day. My intention of writing this is to alert anyone who intend to stay in Arban Hotel to avoid 6th floor, if possible. 5. Room & toilet were spacious. 6. Laundry room @ 6th floor with 2 washers & 2 dryers. Washer @ ₩4000 for 36mins and dryer @ ₩4000 for 50mins. U can buy laundry detergent fm kiosk m/c.

Large room. Near shopping, restaurants and multiple 7-11's. The lady at the front desk is friendly helped me to get taxi service. My issue are with the description. There is no airport shuttle, noone at the desk speaks English, no manager reception and no restaurant servicevother than breakfast. Now some FYI..the hotel is pushed way back, sandwiched between 2 other hotels. There is more than one Brown Dot Hotel, so be specific about the address so you don't go to the wrong hotel like I did. Decent hotel. As long as you understand some features are not offered you are getting a good deal.
