Beautiful hotel, located so close to the station and shops. Really quiet. Well equipped gym- which is rare in Japan hotels.

Wonderful hotel. Rooms terrific, very spacious. Some rooms overlooking the football stadium. Loved watching them relay the new turf for the upcoming football season. Great restaurants, bit pricey, but you’ll enjoy eating at “eggs n things”. Tram station just outside the hotel - easy ride to the places to visit. Pool is brilliant, overlooking the pitch. We’d love to come back again.

This room was very clean, large, comfortable, and I had one of the best views I have had in all of my travels in Japan. The staff was extremely kind and helpful. I didn't take advantage of breakfast or the parking so I can't speak to those. I really enjoyed my stay here and will definitely be back to Nagasaki and this hotel on my next trip. Thank you to the staff for all of your hard work.

What a perfect location for experiencing the city of Nagasaki. We were right located near the main area of Nagasaki Chinatown. We were surrounded by convenience stores and a very large number of restaurants either small privately owned to chain restaurants. Just generally shopping galor. There’s an and a very large number of restaurants either small privately owned to chain restaurants. There’s a small fish market right across the bridge. A barber next-door.Although there is no on-site parking, there was more than enough paid parking, which was in a very reasonable cost easily located all around this property. The property itself was again the perfect location. It was clean spacious fully stocked with all of the linens necessary to enjoy your stay. It also has a washing machine which worked out wonderfully for us. A small sitting area living room with a large screen TV next to a kitchenette. We would highly recommend this property for anyone spending time in Nagasaki. Conveniently located to Chinatown downtown the peace park the atomic museum. Five stars all the way.

The hotel was lovely with spacious guest rooms with lots of luxurious details. The room lacked practical facilities like a place to put your clothes or suitcases which meant it looked cluttered all the time. The front desk staff were pleasant when they were there but seldom were able to be helpful. We were told that none of the restaurants on the property were open despite their posted hours, there was no option to send out laundry and even that there were no umbrellas available to borrow during a downpour. It was comical after a while! All in all, too much focus on luxury and not enough on the daily details.

Expedia and their site says they have free airport shuttle...they do not. Someone needs to update now. Carpets were worn out in the halls. The service and friendlyness of the staff is what makes this hotel worth staying at. Also room was huge.
