Uxbridge All inclusive Vacations

Very close to the airport. Lobby welcoming and clerk very professional. Check in was fast and amenities explained. Room was lovely, well appointed and beds super comfy.

If you are a tourist, looking for a convenient location and plan to be out and about all day, this is a great property. If you just need a place to lay your head and store your suitcases, the breakfast is amazing (like an all inclusive) and the staff are lovely. Rooms are clean albeit very small (think enough room to walk around the bed and that’s it). However, as a business traveller, the property does not hit the mark. The rooms are small, no desks, the TV system is almost useless, sheets are some sort of poly- blend and mattresses feel like ‘bed in a box.”. There is not even a comfortable place to be outside of your room since the bar/coffee shop is basically at the front door hallway / entrance to the hotel and therefore high traffic and cold (with the door constantly opening and closing). Hallways look like they are decorated for ease of cleaning (not one soft surface anywhere), so you feel like you are staying in an SRO when you come off the elevator.

Check in took too long and was unorganized.

Staff were very friendly and accommodating. The room had everything I expected and was comfortable.

This hotel was top notch with regards to cleanliness. The room we stayed in (410) had a beautifully renovated washroom/granite walk in shower with a rain shower head. Absolutely lovely! The beds and pillows were comfortable. The robes provided in the room were thick and cozy. They have a safe inside the room for valuable items. The floor was quiet and therefore the guests are respectful of the quiet (11pm to 7am) policy. The grounds were well kept. The staff were welcoming, very friendly, and provided excellent customer service. The spa was fabulous and is highly recommended for those looking to enhance their rest and relaxation experience.

The room was clean. Wish they fixed the middle door when entering the hotel.
