Quan Lan Island All inclusive Vacations

The hotel has everything you need. The staff are what makes this place worth it. Every single one is always smiling and attentive to every detail. They all say good morning/evening every time you see them, a little touch that goes a long way! A special shout out to Lan at reception who offered great assistance throughout our stay. Also to Maya who checked us in and made us feel very at home as soon as we arrived. The room was spacious, had comfortable beds, and a large shower with a nice shower head. The breakfast in the morning was tasty, with multiple options to order, as well as a buffet. The hotel is in close proximity to many attractions. Will definitely return when back in Hanoi, and would highly recommend to anyone visiting this area. Thank you so much to the whole team for having me and my brother!

I’d give more than 5 if I could! The staff went above and beyond - I left my jacket at a hair salon and the hotel staff called the salon and arranged it to be brought back to the hotel before our flight (all within 15 minutes). Aside from the amazing staff, the family rooms were a perfect blend of privacy and closeness. The rooms were well cleaned and maintained. Will definitely book again when we revisit Hanoi

Ding Dong was incredibly helpful, professional, and went above and beyond to assist me. • Ha Long Bay Tour: I booked the Ha Long tour through the hotel, and thanks to Ding Dong's seamless organization, the whole trip was smooth and unforgettable. Highly recommend Splendid Secret! It truly offers a five-star experience with exceptional staff like Ding Dong.

Helpful and friendly staff combined with neat rooms and service made this an excellent choice. Wished I was staying for longer to use the pool etc.

The room and facility was great. Our bathroom was huge for the area. Location was excellent, right in the centre of Old Quarter but not on the main busy street. One minor consideration, the bar on the adjacent street is loud until midnight. The breakfast was OK, good selection of Vietnamese and western food. Do note this is HN Old Quarter, everything is petite.

Beautiful hotel. Staff were kind and welcoming. We really appreciate the hot honey lemon tea on arrival after a long day travelling. Great location right in the action but on a quieter street than others around. Large family room with separate bedroom for the kids. The kids room was located at the back so insulated from the street noise not that there was much and it got quiet after 9pm. I took ear plugs but didn’t need them. Staff went above and beyond to ensure we were looked after.

Friendly staff and great location :)

This property situates in a great location, easy access to almost everything you need, walking distance to many restaurants. Though in the middle of a busy street our room is quiet and the large king bed is so comfortable. It’s a small property but we received the best services from check in and out to buffet breakfast and everything in between. All of the staff were very attentive and prepared to make special accomodations for us ahead of time based on dietary preferences and travel/activity plans. Thank you for a pleasant experience. We will definitely come back and highly recommend your hotel.

The staff provided exceptional service from the moment we entered the hotel. They were always available to answer our questions and provided many recommendations on places to visit. The location is within walking access to attractions in the Old Quarter. The complementary breakfast includes both traditional Vietnamese and western dishes, with new items added each day.
