Mare Island All inclusive Vacations

Poor example of a Doubletree. Took an old outdated building g from the 70’s threw in some new furniture left the old crappy texture walls and tired carpets and hung a new sign. Elevator shakes and rattled slowly up 2 floors and the place smells like weed. Not on my repeat list…

The property and room were clean. The only issue I had was that our room was far away from the kids pool and that there was an adult event going on that we had to walk through to get to our room. I just wish when we were checking in the staff checking us in would have said, oh you have kids would you like a room by the kid pool or let me put you in the other buildings on the property. I could have moved rooms after night one but felt like that would have been a hassle.

Thr breakfast, and particular the MUSHROOM OMELETTE , is something that should not be missed when visiting Berkeley. The checkout staff was fantastic as was the cleaning crew. Some of the nicest most personable hotel staff I’ve encountered in my many years of traveling. Good job team!
