It was good, the beds need to be better. The service not soo good.

This is a scam. The property was great. However, you make your reservation through Expedia and it tells you the “final price” but that is NOT true. The hotel charges you all kinds of fees, including a pet fee of $150 per night and they don’t tell you that in advance.

The location to the stadium and GasLamp district is very nice. Shirt ride to the commuter trains. The hotel itself is very nice. We were disappointed in our room. We paid extra for a water view room…. Instead they put us in a room right off the elevator and the view was the roof. When I called downstairs about it they told me this was the only room available. We were not offered a discount for the room. So, our accommodation should have been better. That is where they missed the mark.

I found my stay to be okay. There’s definitely better places to stay at. What made up for it was the kitchen team. The breakfast was always fresh hot and filled. The staff were kind and attentive. I did a late check in and the front desk at the time was not so friendly but other times other staff were welcoming. I had left a note that I need a crib for my stay which was forgotten about. The suite is spacious, AC was good, and was quiet at night which I appreciated. But it didn’t smell good and there was no hand soap or dish soap provided. Overall the stay was okay Id only come back for the kids playroom, kitchen staff, and breakfast.
