The Hyatt is so beautiful and peaceful. We loved seeing the penguins. The pool is opened 24 hours which is nice. Access to clean pool towels 24 hours a day. Steps away from the beach is nice. The breakfast buffet was 5 stars. All the staff were kind and helpful. We are definitely going back..

My stay at The Ritz Carlton O’ahu, Turtle Bay exceeded all my expectations! I arrived early and was anticipating needing to wait a bit to check-in to my room, but to my delight, my room was ready AND I received a free room upgrade to ocean view. I almost fainted when I got to my room and saw the view I had from my lanai! All of the staff was warm, welcoming, helpful, and knowledgeable about the island and activities. The staff went above and beyond to ensure that me and my family had the most perfect experience. The only thing I made note of is that there are people not staying at the property that come to visit, and they try participating in the activities that are exclusively for hotel guests - this happened twice for activities I was attending (lei making and hula dancing). I was surprised that non-resort guests were allowed to participate. That’s what our resort fees go towards, I believe. Anyways, that was minor in the grand scheme of things. This resort and the staff are top notch! I had the best time here and wept when I had to leave. I hope to return someday.

Overall, we had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The staff was friendly, the room was clean and comfortable, and the amenities were just what we needed for a relaxing visit. The location is convenient, especially if you’re traveling through or visiting nearby attractions. That said, parking was a bit pricey considering the cost of the stay, and our room was on the side facing the freeway, which made it a little noisy at times—light sleepers might want to request a room on the opposite side. Still, the positives outweighed the negatives, and we’d consider staying here again!

VERY friendly and accommodating staff, especially Lucy Vero Ofelia. Room was very clean. Complementary food was amazing, with the diversity of choices in the morning.
