The check-in was long but it is a busy location. However, after getting settled in the room, we attempted to take a shower but there was no hot water. I called 4 times and was rerouted every time to a voicemail. Decided to go downstairs to talk to someone in person, instead found myself talking to an excursion lady to request a manager. No manager arrived but the lady tried to help. At the end, I was forced to wait 10 mins everyone before taking a shower before the water turned like warm. There was construction going on as well which probably disturbed the water temperature, I don’t know.
Lastly you can hear the construction noise at the main pool which was the opposite of relaxing.
