Excellent location close to beach, eatery access. Hotel decor is a bit outdated for a 4 star hotel, the room we stayed at was more like a 3 star hotel. Carpet and flooring needs regular cleaning. room is dusty. We stayed at the Makai. Hotel area is huge. If you have mobility issues it may be hard to get around by foot. They do have Tram train to get around hotel.but very slow.

I love this place dearly. The staff was so nice and welcoming. The room meet the expectations, it was clean and exactly like the photos. It was a block away from Waikiki and a block away from the bus stop. It had air conditioning all around: they had a nice lobby. They offered beach towels, beach chairs, & bicycles for hotel guests. They had a matcha in the lobby as well which was pretty good. Over all 10/10! Definitely a must.
