Convenient area very walkable.

The room was very clean and had everything we needed. All of the staff was very friendly and helpful.

I didn’t use the bar! Is kind of expensive, but is a beautiful place!

Staff was amazing and overall allure of the property

The room is old, the wallpaper are starting to peel off, the tiles in the toilet looks rusty. Sleepers will be appreciated, tissues in the bed room, bigger trash can. We had bad experience with one of the front desk staff upon check in. We arrived in the morning from Anaheim, my husband and my daughter were in a hurry to use the lobby rest room which apparently locked. I was in the line to check whether we can have an early check in or not. Then my husband approached the front desk in a rush, asking about the key to the restroom and without even listening to the question, the lady a the front desk told my husband to get in line. I understand the manner to get in line but it was an urgent situation, my husband just want to ask a question but got a pretty harsh answer right away. What makes it worse, there was other guest that cut the line and ask for his key and the lady gave it to him. Not fair. We traveled all the way from Indonesia, we have been traveling to other places in the US and other countries, that was the first time we had the situation of a locked lobby rest room in a big international chain hotel. We complaint to the manager and he handled the situation nicely, we could check in (even though when I asked the receptionist the first time, she said we couldn't check in early). The restaurant staff, the bellman were all very friendly. Overall it was a good stay.

The view was awesome! Staff very professional and friendly

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were nice and a great size. Overall they were very clean and comfotable for our family of four. The towel and washcloth replacement could use some improvements. We had to go to the front desk multiple times to ask for wash cloths. If you plan to travel here to watch fireworks, check out the Disney firework schedule first. We chose a room based on seeing the fireworks and they didn't have fireworks scheduled at all that week.

Rooms need some updating. Funiture is beaten up, carpet is extremely old and worn. The AC units are under a built in bench and hardly work. They are also blocked by the bed in the double twin rooms. There shouldn’t be any amenity fees as there are none but it is what it is. Staff is very friendly. Sent someone to our room 3 times to fix the AC unit the best they could and provided a fan. Way over priced for the overall condition, room size and no amenities.
