Comfortable stay in a great spot.

Lobby is great. Elevators are a mess. Rooms are painted tacky and the staff at 5:30AM could not check me out - email or print the invoice. I had to call again. Lobby is the best part. Everything else is like staying in a motel. No water in the room or at checkin.

Best staff of any hotel I’ve ever stayed in

No room upgrade although I am a platinum member. The room was quite small. Bathrooms were nice.

The hotel / view / staff were all amazing. Would stay here again and highly recommend.

My only issue with the stay is that they wouldn't accept my Hilton Honors number. Apparently when you book with Expedia, you don't get the Hilton points. The airlines and car rental companies don't work that way and neither should the hotels.

We had a wonderful experience at the Conrad! Could not have asked for a better place to stay.

We stayed for 2 nights as a couple. The room was relatively spacious for NYC standards, very comfortable, and clean, with a great layout. We enjoyed the street view from our room, and the location is truly prime! We also loved the 24/7 rooftop access, which offers fantastic views of the city. The staff was kind and welcoming throughout our stay. We would definitely stay here again!

Always the best stay

Prime location, but a very simple hotel, small rooms, no fridge in standard queen rooms, no views, no place to put toiletries in the bathroom. Clean. You are paying for the location, basically. Staff was very friendly

The staff was amazing and so accommodating. Very clean, lots of stuff around the hotel to do.

All staff pleasant and responsive. Great place for a quick getaway to Brooklyn.
