Elevator is slow AF. Avoid if you are claustrophobic. Bed was uncomfortable, way too soft. I sank in it.

Most appreciative of the space, proximity to shopping, sightseeing and most impressed with the rapid response from the host with our questions.

Your allowance for breakfast was 30 dollars per room. We spent at least 50 dollars each day for the two of us. Your allowance was woefully inadequate

Overall was a good experience. It’s literally downtown so if you are looking for a quiet spot might not be the one. We stayed during the 25 World Series weekend

We really loved our stay at Proper, it was an amazing location pool area and roof top bar was also perfect along with the food and drinks! Service was also great, we’ll definitely be back!!

Very clean room, friendly staff, comfortable bed and bedding, free refillable water bottle with water stations and good in-room coffee, and a great location.

Fast easy check in super nice staff great room nice restaurant and bar. Practically perfect in every way.

The room is clean, but room 285 the middle cushin in the couch needs repair. The sheets were changed, but one of the days it had tears in it. One of the pillow sheets were yellowed. The guys working the door talk to each other more then help with luggage and open doors. The rooms are large The front desk was quick The location is nice The price is medium
