Fukushima Prefecture All inclusive Vacations

Room was spotless, very clean. Staff was extremely attentive and Courteous. Loved the public bath they offered, very clean. No complaints.

This hotel is gorgeous. Bathroom was not as nice as other hotels around Japan but I def would stay here again. We knew nothing of Sendai but wanted to stop and check it out on our way up to Hokkaido and Sapporo.

It doesn’t have LAN access. TV is neither Android nor Smart. Limited choice of amenities. There’s no microwave and ice machine in public area.

Facilities in this hotel are really great. We stayed 2 nights and enjoyed Onsen a lot ! Each table in the restaurant has high partitions (like a box). I understand it might be good for families or privacy but it didn’t have good atmosphere.

Excellent food, customer service, and overall experience.

Staff were amazing, so attentive and easy to talk to. Room was beautiful, loved the bathroom & the tub - 10/10 we loved it all
