Staff were excellent. Breakfast, high quality, fresh and delicious. Good coffee, delicious pastries. Room’s spacious, clean , and a very comfortable bed.

Lovely big rooms, bed and pillows were awesome, conveniently located to Queen st, just a short few minutes walk

The staff in the restaurant were very personable and helpful. The food was plentiful and well cooked and prepared. Our hotel room was cramped with no internet access. The TV pixelated when we tried to watch anything. As I had no internet I could not stream nor could I use my laptop to finish work projects. The valet parking was irritating to say the least. On Saturday morning it was returned with the bonnet covered in bird faeces. Trying to park the car on Saturday evening was difficult with cars having to wait in the loading area. I was advised to find a parking spot at the nearest multi storey car pack.

Fantastic apartments, close to transport links and Westfield New Market. The Alexander Inn was perfect for us, clean, comfortable and lovely helpful staff. Thank you, we'll come back :)

It was a quaint hotel with an excellent location - on the heart of the town with walking distance from the ferry terminal & to the bus stop, and lovely restaurants with peppy night life at the piers. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was nice and spacious with a view of the town and the water. Loved staying here. Don't miss the bakery "Daily Bread" across from the bus stop - their meat pies and salads are unforgettable.
