County Dublin All inclusive Vacations

We only stayed here for one evening on our way back from our Irish coast tour. We were surprised that the rooms were in such bad shape, because the reviews were so good. The bathroom was not in good shape, the carpet was falling apart, the water would not get hot, and the water in the shower was backfilling. I was initially furious, so I sent an email to front office. Dean, who was working that evening was incredibly responsive and emphatically apologized for the inconveniences. He provided a room credit and assured us that this is not the norm in this hotel. Thanks so much Dean for being so understanding and listening to me as I vented. You are AWESOME!

We booked a family room for 4 people and got doubl3 bed and very very narrow single bed. No AC and room was burning hot. It took more than an hour to rectify the situation

Wonderful

We stayed at the St Helens Hotel in a family room. The staff were very helpful, friendly and went above and beyond to help. We made use of the hotel gym, and had breakfast on one of the mornings day where there was plenty of choice. Again, the staff at breakfast went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. We often ate out in the garden and the staff provided blankets and heating for when it got slightly chilly. brilliant hotel and a wonderful stay. We can’t wait to stay with you again.

Clean room, easy access location, and great breakfast!

The room was great! Fabulous location to walk around. Parking was very convenient. Lots of choices for breakfast. Looking forward to the next visit.,

Our room was very clean, the bed comfortable and the staff were kind. Unfortunately, our stay was ruined by the on-site construction that was going on in the courtyard of the building all day starting at or before 8am and going all the way until 5. It was EXTREMELY loud and you could not rest or focus on any work. There was no where to put our bags nor anywhere to put our things in the bathroom. While the room was pretty, the design was not functional. The pool area, which is actually one giant hot tub, was quite dirty. At the end of the stay I mentioned the noise and was given a small credit about 1/8th of what I paid for the stay.
