Black Forest All inclusive Vacations

We were allowed our room early which very helpful. The room was beautiful, wonderful and modern. Comforters and soft pillows. Staff were always pleasant. Breakfast had everything we wanted-hard boiled eggs, scrambled, bacon and sausages, cereals, vegetables and meats and cheeses, breads, croissants and hard rolls; many choices of drinks(hot and cold). If you use public transport get off at Shoppi Tivoli and follow the signs.

I wasn't able to use the tv and coffee maker. All others are very good

Restaurant staff were lazy and unattentive. Check-in was done wrong, leading to room keys cancelled after day one. Wifi also cancelled on day one and never restored. The room was excellent for the price we paid. The cleaning staff were very good.

Ideal place to stay in town.

I had a wonderful stay, the rooms were spotless, comfortable, and well maintained. The service was excellent, and the staff were incredibly welcoming, friendly, and attentive throughout my stay. The hospitality was truly outstanding, making the entire experience memorable and enjoyable. I would highly recommend FIVE Zurich to anyone looking for a luxurious, comfortable stay with exceptional service and warm hospitality. Definitely a 5-star experience!

The Saint Georges Hotel has a good and quiet location, being quite central, you can reach the downtown area by foot easily and quickly. Train and tram connections nearby are great. The front desk ladies are very lovely, friendly, helpful, smiling and welcoming. They went the extra mile to give me clear directions how to reach the hotel from the airport and main train station. I chose a single room with shared bathroom which is perfectly fine and acceptable if you don't mind having to exit the room and walk the hallway, especially at night, if needed- otherwise there was no shortage of bathrooms and they were clean. The room itself was like expected-rather small and with basic amenities, but bright, clean and cozy, it had a sink and mirror, which I welcomed, and some nice touches like a bottle of filtered water and cookies, replenished daily. The buffet-style breakfast, although no hot options available, was good and had variety, you can notice the love and care for the guests. I appreciated the offer for the second cup of coffee and the friendliness of the attending staff member. All in all, a good value for the money and I would always go back and recommend it to family and friends. Thank you for having me!

Very helpful staff with good English which was welcome after a long day on the road. Property had excellent parking facilities too. Could probably do with a bit of TLC but was clean and good for an overnight stay.
