I’m a Expedia Platinum member and this is the worst experience I have had ever. The room given to me was not what I paid for. Will not recommend this hotel at all.

This was a great find in the city. The room was clean and well laid out. There are multiple trams that stop directly in front of the hotel. We had an issue with the sink in the bathroom not draining and they had it fixed quickly. We'd recommend staying there.

Clean quiet hotel in the centre of Zürich. The check in was quite easy. Took time to read the instructions but once you follow the steps its easy. The room was quiet, windows block outside noise. Couldn’t figure out the AC but otherwise it was perfect for the price i paid. And location is very central, close to the Station
