Excellent location, clean spacious room, well maintained, next door to library which the kids enjoyed the activities

The corners of the shower box were a bit dirty but everything else was great

The customer service was exceptional from the moment we arrived; the staff were incredibly welcoming, professional, and went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The amenities are top-notch and made our trip so much easier. Having a fully equipped kitchen and an in-unit washing machine was a massive bonus, and the secure, free on-site parking is a rare luxury for such a central location. The apartment was immaculately clean, quiet, and perfectly situated within walking distance of everything in the city. We will definitely be back!

I stayed at w Montreal for two nights during a family trip to Christchurch. My two boys and I stayed in a one bedroom suite that was basically a large one bedroom apartment with a full kitchen. Hotel had free onsite parking, was conveniently located just outside of downtown, across the street from a park, and had many restaurants nearby within walking distance.

Clean nice nice room, but I had room next to the elevator so it was a bit noisy great location. Premier staff enjoyed the breakfast
