Property was safe and quiet. A new build so very clean. Easily accessible by train to all major areas.
Stayed as a family of 6 in a grand corner suite.
Would stay here again.

A very comfortable and spacious room! The kitchenette was great for making morning cup of tea and have take out when we got tired site seeing! The room had a washer dryer that was a great addition and so helpful in traveling light.

The location is great if you are going to teamlabs planets and DisneySea or Land. Unfortunately we had bad experiences with staff there though. One at breakfast while we were getting a table and one when we asked for advice at the front desk. But other then those staff we had a good stay.

Property was good. Staff was great, although it would have been better if they could speak better English. Breakfast buffet was average at best with very limited choices and very few tables with tower view. We stayed for 5 days and my daughters only ate breakfast here the first day, they skipped the last 4 days. For this reason, this hotel only deserves 3 stars from us.

If you are going to Tokyo Disney or Disney Sea this is the right hotel, because the metro is just around the corner and there is no transfer lines. The breakfast is delicious with a variety of food daily. The hotel staff are friendly and helpful. Also, there is an Aeon and ikspiari mall for shopping and many restaurants. I would stay here again.
