Clean room, great staff. Only complaint washer and dryer didn’t work but staff offered us a washer/dryer in the same facility.

The apartment is very small and a bit far from the center, you need a car or a bus to reach it. The hall is narrow and the bathroom is small, one bedroom is small and barely fits a double bed. There is a hanging bed but it is not equipped and the ladder is broken. The apartment is clean and the kitchen is good but the sheets are worn out. The apartment only fits two people, contrary to what is written that it fits four, but there is no sofa bed, even just a sofa in the hall

Near everything and very nice staff

Loved everything about this property. The apartment was immaculate, the furnishings were lovely, the bed was comfortable, there was appropriate lighting in each area, laundry available (I assume on each floor), sensory lighting in the hallways, excellent communication from the off-site staff. I have nothing negative to say about this space.

Right next to Holyrood Castle with a view of the castle and Arthur's Seat right out my window.

I loved staying at The Kimpton! Zoe was so warm and helpful! We took advantage of the amenities like Plant Pal, having them arrange transportation for us, the loaner Strathberry bag, and they have an amazing list of wellness options like the TheraGun (which my lower back needed after 2 solid days walking the whole of Edinburgh). We would absolutely stay again.

A few issues with the fire alarm, moved rooms due to a leaky pipe.

Loved staying here! The care and attention to detail was excellent. Loved the two comfortable chairs with a water view.

Best Location across from Cathedral st Giles. In the heart of everything. This apartment has everything you need for a sightseeing stay. Can be noisy at night with crowds but if you choose to stay here you should expect it. My only suggestion is to replace the mattress. It feels worn and saggy. Joivy was a great company to work with.
