Stayed prestige club and that was excellent.

I was told by the property that I will receive a refund for my one night stay. I blank of wood fell from the top of the TV and hit me in the head. It has been 3 days and I’ve not received a refund.

The property is enormous! The place is beautiful but you will need to take two elevators to get to your room. The rooms are big and clean. The only negative I have is the resort fee $62 per night. This pays for the pool, Wi-Fi and the gym. Forget about getting a chair by any of the pools, none will be found. I complained upon checkout and they removed two nights resort fee from my bill. This property also shares with the Polazzo next door. In all both properties have over 7k rooms! There are a few hundred chairs poolside which is not even close enough to take care of half the guests. It's right on the strip so I couldn't be happier. A lot of food choices within the property.

Service was excellent and staff were very friendly, helpful, and accommodating. The pool was picture perfect with the beautiful views of the ocean and stunning landscapes. Our bungalow room had two French doors that opened to a view of the ocean, perfect for taking in the cool breeze. We enjoyed the resort and will visit again! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
