Hands down the best place we have stayed. They accommodated to go breakfasts for our tours, arranged taxis, made cappuccino when we were heading out the door. Wonderful experience

We stayed 4 nights in a deluxe room, and it was very spacious, clean, and the a/c was amazing. The bathroom had shower gel, shampoo, a robe and slippers, which we used daily. The breakfast was great, and they had a small gym, and ironing lounge as you could not bring the iron to your room. The rooftop bar at sunset was stunning and the drinks were delicious. The staff was helpful, friendly, and made dinner recommendations to very good local restaurants. The only negative (if you call it one) was they didn’t have room service. But the staff recommend a delivery service and food from a local restaurant was delivered very fast and cheap. Lastly, the location couldn’t be better. It was a 10 min walk from the train station, close to the Duomo, and shopping. I would stay again!

Loved the location and cleanliness, only complaint was the pillows and beds weren't comfortable. (Mattress were hard and pillows too thin)

I’ve had a wonderful stay at Autumn Hotel! It was very clean! The staff was amazing the room was perfect with a balcony you didn’t hear the busy noise from the street at night I will definitely book with them again! Thank you!
