"Very nice little hotel overlooking the sea. The room was very tight, but a glass of wine or cappuccino in the morning on the balcony is worth it. Ricardo makes a great cocktail and will offer some good sights to see if you ask. Make sure to connect with him. "

"You feel completely isolated in your own paradis. It’s a beautiful property, with a view over the sea. Since your on a steep hill, you need to be somewhat athletic to get to the sea, but honestly, it was so beautiful above that you didn’t need to. Ideal place to relax and take in the scenery. Fabio was overwhelmingly accommodating, even when we hit some hiccups in our travel plans. So kind and so understanding!"

"This property is unbelievably lovely. The views are stunning! Antonella and Luccia, the owners, live below and couldn’t be more helpful and kind if they tried. The space is more than comfortable. There were 6 of us in our party and we had more than enough room. There is a beach right below the property with an interesting pathway down. It’s not for small kids or infirm adults. This pathway also leads into town. The town is small but has everything you need. There are some great seafood restaurants and the ferries to the islands leave from there. We visited the island of Giglio, which I highly recommend for a day outing. There were no pool towels provided, which is odd given there is a private pool for your use. We bought 4 pool towels and left them with the owners for future guests as we could not take them with us. Highly recommend this property but make sure that all costs are thoroughly disclosed on the booking. We ran into some issues but the property manger did resolve the issue in the end. I highly recommend before booking that you check what is and isn’t included with this booking so that there are no surprises when you get there. The property manager also arranged for a chef to come and cook us an authentic Italian dinner one night - this was an amazing experience. I recommend having this experience if you can."
