The property and the room is in very bad condition. Incompetent staff to solve situations with good attitude. The price is very high for the service they offer. Miss Jaziel and young Omar should take a customer service course... terrible service, I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL

The hotel is amazing, I know it can’t be helped but the west facing rooms are noisier due to the highway - just a tip to request a room on the other side if that bothers you. We are city dwellers so it felt like home to us.
