Is in a good location and the lime bikes out front make getting around the city super easy. Room was clean and nice. Parking is also secure under the hotel so you don’t have to worry about people breaking into your car at night.

Beautiful property, lovely staff. Parking is terrible and lots of construction in the area. Would 10 out of 10 recommend even with parking and construction issues.

Krystal at check-in was very knowledgeable and thorough. She went over our booking information, told us about our perk, explained to us about the bar and restaurant, where we dined. She welcomed us immediately and gave us a room upgrade. We will definitely be back our next time in Seattle. We have stayed at other hotels as our son and daughter in law have a small apartment with 2 cats. She is an absolute gem!!

Great walkability, I wouldn’t be walking late at night though, probably go ahead and uber. The pillows were terrible.

There were some "attention to detail" expectations of a 5 star that I did not feel were attained. The pool was amazing, but the hot tub was dirty. I'd give it a 4. Not terrible but it should have been a 5.

The staff was very courteous and available throughout my stay. The location is excellent for walking to shop and explore the downtown attractions. I also appreciated the social hour they host for guest!
