Amazing staff great activities for kids and even adults
Nice pool area only thing I would say is not enough seating around the pool area for people to sit and inside the buffet for breakfast is like a sauna it’s 500 degrees inside there not air conditioned other then that amazing resort

The staff were all so friendly and always greeted you with a smile. The rooms were great. The pool was lovely and cool that there’s an adults only pool to enjoy while the kids were having fun in kids club. Buffet breakfast had so many options. Will definitely be back!

Another great stay at the Sofitel, now our third. The staff are amazing, and the service is excellent. The housekeeping was not as good as previous stays, with our room not being cleaned until very late in the day on many days, and on another day, towels were not replaced when taken, etc. However, it did not impact our overall stay.
