One employee had a bad attitude and acted like we were bothering her every time we had a question.... It was hard to find cold water. There was hardly ever any ice water in the lobby and when it was out it was always empty.

The air conditioner in the room was more like a fan and did not cool the room down as much. Need new beds—the beds were not very comfortable. Location overall is good.
