We showed up at noon and asked if they would be able to hold our bags since check-in wasn't for a few hours, and to our surprise, they let us check-in early. The staff was very friendly (especially the cleaning staff and Faridah in particular), and the pools were beautiful. The location is great - close to all areas of Stone Town and on the beach. The complimentary breakfast was great (lots of options).
Overall, would recommend this hotel.

"We loved lots about Sun city. Especially the Palace and massage there amazing, range of activities, game drive, golf clubs, restaurants, etc. But we stayed at Cascades, a bit run down and service pretty ordinary. But we did have a relaxing stay."
