Room was huge the staff extremely helpful clean rooms. They took very good care of us. Was a pleasant stay

Had a great stay at Hotel Lotte Busan. Very central location and access to food street and transport - subway and buses. Excellent concierge services- staff can speak English and try their very best to help n recommend good eating places. My hotel to stay whenever i visit Busan. Underground shopping and eating places. The room faced south and had floor to ceiling windows for a beautiful view of the ocean. The bathroom was spacious with a tub with small TV and separate shower. The toilet/sink was in a separate space. Our room had a small table to sit at and enjoy snacks, coffee, and the view. The room came with a Nespresso with complimentary pods and water. We really enjoyed our stay because of the view and it was easily walkable to some cafes and OliveYoung and Daiso just a block or two away.

Our room was clean and the view was just perfect. The hotel is conveniently located for food and entertainments. I will definitely go back.

Room is very nice & clean, but too warm because the heater is on during fall time. All staffs are super nice & helpful, except one guy working night shift, there was a family sitting in lobby eating fried food, without any problem, but when we brought our fried chicken to eat there, the front desk guy showed us the sign Not allow eating Ramen there ?...even we didn't have Ramen, and made us leave. Very Rude.
