Great location and incredibly spacious!

Fantastic hotel Rooms and beds were large Breakfast was spectacular. Am struggling to think of a better hotel breakfast I've had over (many) years Airport shuttle worked perfectly and exactly on time, in both directions Wouldn't hesitate to use again

Lights were too low and would have to turn the desk lamp to compensate.

Its view of the Seoul from the room was stunning! The room was spacious and amenities are well equipped. BUT, 1) to use their outdoor pool there’s entrance fee of $60 Aduts, $40 kids, so we paid $140 to just enter the pool but to have your chairs and cabana it was additional, chairs $50, cabana $800! 2) 2 Adult Breakfast was included but the choice was very limited. It’s mainly Korean, and my kids ate only toasts but they charges $40 per kids. I was travel without my husband, but they wouldn’t count 2 kids for 1 adult breakfast, so we ended up paying for 2 kids breakfast $80, expensive toasts.

Great location and incredibly spacious!

Very tired room with electrics hanging off the wall. Front desk staff generally unhelpful. I have never stayed in a hotel where they do not provide coffee in the room (you can have tea, but when I asked for coffee, I was simply told, 'No'). However, it was very convenient for COEX (20 minute walk) and with 6006 bus stops outside, airport transport was very easy.
