It's a good hotel but would recommend to go to others if they are of similar prices i would consider this more of a 4.5 star hotel the room was good but the sapces were a little tight I booked the 1 bedroom suite with no balcony but what let me down was there buffet was so so small and not a lot of chairs

Great hotel conveniently located in Sydney. Its in state theatre which was exactly where our show was. Plenty of great food entertainment and shopping available.

Excellent choice for a stay in Sydney. Our family stayed here while visiting Australia for the first time. Location was wonderful - right on the water and within walking distance to restaurants, shops and attractions in multiple directions. We never needed a rental car or taxi for our entire stay. It is about a 15 minute walk to the Circular Quay ferry terminal. The hotel's aesthetic is great. We appreciated the inclusion of the original pier's construction paired with nice contemporary furnishings. We enjoyed the restaurant's morning breakfast options and service, as well as the evening dining options with outdoor seating. The hotel staff are excellent. Every interaction throughout our stay was pleasurable. Especially high remarks for the hotel's concierge, Eugene, who went above and beyond to help ensure our stay was memorable.

Very good place to stay. Ideally located for all tourists attractions.

Old building, not updated at all

Good location close to Town Hall train station and restaurants. Noisy as you can hear the cars outside. Room is clean but really very tiny. Air conditioning was working. Bed was comfortable but blanket was very flimsy.
