We had a wonderful time staying at the Palazzo! The rooms were so beautiful, quiet and clean! The casinos, shops and restaurants makes it so you never need to leave the property! Self parking was super easy and check-in process at a kiosk made the process fast. We even had texts sent to our phone when the room was ready. Such a great experience, we will definitely book here again!

Service was wonderful. Not desire unfulfilled.

I was told by the property that I will receive a refund for my one night stay. I blank of wood fell from the top of the TV and hit me in the head. It has been 3 days and I’ve not received a refund.

This is my wife’s new favorite Las Vegas resort! From checkin to departure the staff was amazing. The room was huge with a step down living room, 2 big screen TVs, and a fantastic view of The Sphere.

You book this hotel for the location. Amenities, service are ok. People are friendly and willing to help but some thing are just the way they are. AC don’t work all the time, when it did it produced a high pitched noise, there was this flashing light right above the bed that was seemingly random in its blinking pattern sometimes really bright other times not noticeable. Our first room had a view of construction equipment, second room on floor 10 was a lot better. TV stopped working after first night, two asks to fix nothing changed. It was really nice to be able to drink from the taps in the bathroom.

Very weird. Felt like a big shopping mall with three hotels on top.

Service was excellent and staff were very friendly, helpful, and accommodating. The pool was picture perfect with the beautiful views of the ocean and stunning landscapes. Our bungalow room had two French doors that opened to a view of the ocean, perfect for taking in the cool breeze. We enjoyed the resort and will visit again! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
