We had a wonderful stay at the British Colonial. What stood out most was the consistency of service, especially over an extremely busy holiday weekend. Every interaction reflected professionalism, warmth, and genuine care. Thank you to Charles and his team for their support throughout the week. We would also like to recognize Crystal at The Red Pearle Grille for ensuring our family’s allergies were handled thoughtfully and safely. The Front Desk team and Concierge were attentive and responsive at every turn. We also appreciated the private beach and the hotel’s ideal location, within walking distance of fantastic restaurants, the Queen's Staircase, and plenty of shops. We would gladly return.

The staff are absolutely awesome. They’ll help with anything you ask him. The room was very clean. Everybody told me their name. I’m not good with names, but they always spoke when you walked by hey Alyson, how are you? They all remembered my name. I’m going back again in 2 1/2 three weeks staying there again that’ll be my third time there one time. I was there the first time I was there. They took care of me as I broke out with major poison ivy, I picked up the poison from it here in Ohio as soon as I got down there, I broke out in that heat, and they definitely took care of me. I’ve told many many many people when they go there and they fly to Nassau. Please stay there because it is a beautiful, beautiful establishment and the employees are wonderful. I have not eaten there by choice very picky eater but I’ve heard the food is very good. The bartenders are very nice. I’ve had some drinks there. I heard the chef is awesome. Just downright great desert.
