Great place for a relaxing vacation with younger kids.

This property is great if you are looking to disconnect. The place is quiet and feels very inserted in nature. The staff is probably the best staff you are going to get anywhere. They are very cordial and cater to what you need. The main issue that we had is that the facilities are not being maintained as they should. They are decaying fast. On our first night the AC wasn't working so that took the first and second day to get us transferred to another room where the AC was better. The transportation around property is heavily dependent on Golf carts and there are not that many. So we love to use the bikes. The issue there again is that there are not that many bikes. and the ones that are there are in no good condition. We had to express our frustration and then we got bikes assigned to us. There is no peer, no kayaks either. The food is great and again the staff is supper.

The Hotel is very new and great design. All the staff work there are very nice and professional. Also the roof top with amazing swimming pool, that’s awesome!!!!

Decided to celebrate my birthday here, i have mixed feelings about my stay here Youre greeted by friendly staff which is great, unfortunately our flight chnaged so we ended up arriving way before check in.. We ended up having an overnight flight so we were extremely exhausted.. they didn't let us check in early, only to find out why later.. they let their "members" (black band) do an early check in which means they try to upgrade you the next day of being there. I found out from other members that is a great benefit if you go multiple times a year.. Be ready to listen to a "timeshare" like pitch to get you to join.. I had read in previous comments that it is an optional topless resort.. which means yess you will see women topless all kinds.. so if youre not into that definitely do not go.. Parties day and night.. pool party with games start at 10 am swim up bar included.. theme parties at night Our room was extremely cold so we decided to turn up the ac from 60° to like 75°.. bad idea.. floors became extremely slippery causing us to slip many times ! Like not on your knees fall full body slip and fall.. happened our last night there.. My personal opinion the music was the same day and night.. I really didn't like the music they played a lot of English "techno like"? Music i guess is the best way I can describe but again thats just my personal opinion and taste in music is a bit different.. I loved that we met different people from all over the world

Lovely property. Staff went above and beyond to make it a memorable stay. Resort is quiet and secluded. Food was amazing.

Everything was fantastic! Especially the service!

We loved the room we selected, the swim-up suite with direct pool access. Only issue we had was we thought it was a private pool to ourselves not shared with the next room neighbors which it was connected to, so we had to wait turns to have our private pool moments. Asides that everything else from the restaurants to the open bar, the shows, breakfast and pretty much all the services provided were perfect and my wife had a great birthday experience.

A soul nurturing and soul changing experience! The most magical place I have ever found. I am already planning my next visit.

Great food options, excellent internet access throughout the property. Staff were truly amazing, the whole resort is an absolute must if you're seeking a laid back, chill vibe with exceptional service.
