Great location! Staff was super friendly and nice. Our room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. The hotel has a cool vibe and our balcony looked out over Bermondsey Square.

Disappointing overall and not worth the money. We were in room 208 which had outdated furniture, marks on the wall, stain on the carpet and a view out onto nothing other than a brick wall and pigeons. Breakfast was ok for £20 each but we still had to make our own toast at the buffet … how hard is it for toast to be served alongside the tea and coffee?
Staff were helpful and public areas very tastefully furnished. Great location but still a disappointing experience.

Decent location, close to Paddington and felt safe. No tea/coffee in the room, had to get it from a communal space on a separate floor. Shower was unreal! Although bathroom space in general was very cramped.
