Such a great hotel very friendly staff. Good breakfast they learned our names really great

Everything was great overall. The only thing I noticed was that there wasn’t much to do around the resort when it rained. It’s also quite far from town, so getting around can be a bit challenging. They do provide complimentary shuttle service to and from town, but the trips are limited. Other than that, we had a really good stay. The staff were all friendly, helpful, and polite throughout our visit.

I am please that they know their guest name to welcome as soon as they enter the lobby. I appreciate the coconut leaf lei, love the welcoming song, it does feel like second home. Most of all the farewell song, The staff still waving as the motor boat departed. It makes u feel coming back again. We are thankful for the anniversary greetings in the bed with wine and fruits inside the water villa. The tour guide were very helpful making sure I am safe and comfortable in the water because I am not a swimmer. I appreciate the guide helping in the cave and taking photos. We anre anlso grateful for the doctor on duty be because in the last day, we got sick having diarrhea and vomiting. The first aide electrolytes really helps. Everything is excellent. We had a good time and memorable experience. Thank you to all the staff.

Superior service everywhere. Fabulous location. Well-designed resort atea and grounds. Room was reasonably spacious & plenty comfortable. Food was good but not exceptional; as such, prices of food & drinks were unreasonably high for what was offered. As example: my son ordered a burger for dinner; charge that was listed on check came out to almost USD$30(!!) as VAT and service charges are all automatically added Also: be aware generally of lots of extra charges. We had booked our travel through Expedia, which had labeled the room as for 3 people. When we arrived at resort, front desk said the booking was listed as for 2 people & then insisted that we pay an extra >$100 per night (a not-insignificant sum)

While the staff was very friendly and helpful. This place is absolutely not prepared to host guests. It is listed as a resort however, there is only one villa that is actually completed and the rest of the property is very, very much a work in progress. All of the other villas are incomplete and even the road leading up to the property is not paved. There is only one section of paved road right next to the only completed villa. It’s about 800 feet or so, but this place was completely totally abandoned and isolated. The views shown on the listing are absolutely correct and the views are amazing. However, this cannot be called a resort yet. We were literally the only people at the property because nobody else could possibly stay there. There were no other available rooms because none of the other villas were completed. They did not have a traditional restaurant in any sense and even what was described as the restaurant was at least 100 yards away from the lone Villa available and you had to walk down and unpaved Road to get to this place to eat. Even the kitchen window did not have a shade so if you walk out of the bedroom, you had to be fully dressed because there was no shade to the window and it directly face the only “road” if I could use that word. We were booked for two days but after one night we left. My wife also noticed bugs in the bed so we stayed up all night long. The room was not cleaned as we saw bugs fake eyelashes on the floor. This should not be on Expedia.
