Location location Stay here a couple of times during the last few years but the rooms are getting a little tired. But the room has 2 bedrooms and 2 separate bathrooms! Fantastic for travelling with older adults.

Having stayed here before, the view and ease of public transportation to city was great and worth returning to.

Spacious 2 brm 2 bath apartment with all the essentials. Great for a short or long stay in the heart of Melbourne. Location excellent for theatres, dining and sports.

Location is fantastic. I stayed there 5 nights and the restaurant and all the hotel staff were very friendly and on the ball.

Overall we enjoyed our stay and had everything we needed. We were given a high level, as requested (43rd) and later checkout of 11am. Staff were friendly and catered to our requests. The apartment was located to conveniently to lots of restaurants, that was walking distance. There is some noticeable improvements and maintenance to the room and floor we stayed on. Alot of wear and tear, could use with proper maintenance of paint and up keep. Dishwasher was out of order, but we ate out, so wasnt a big deal. Odd sign on the 2nd bedroom to say if we used it, we would be charged, again not a big deal, we had only expected a 1 bedroom, so had no intentions of using it. Given there is a pool on site, it would have been good if they provide pool towels or provided an extra set of towels, again not a major issue as we just used the dryer. The indoor spa & pool is stunning..however given the cooler weather and time of year, we were disappointed to find it wasnt heated, we booked this over others for the indoor facilities and hoped it would have been heated, in order to use. There are no car parks on site, this was noted in the booking and followed up with an email to provide near by options. We were lucky the rain held off, otherwise it would have been a very wet walk with our luggage to get the car.

I like how close it was to everything we came to Melbourne for. We could choose to go and eat or enjoy options back at the hotel if the kids or ourselves got tired.

Trendy hotel with lots to do within walking distance. Quiet, which was nice. Our television remote wouldn't work, but we weren't in room much to watch

Great location and wonderful amenities.

Great location and reasonable price. Clean and well kept. Only thing I found annoying was the loud AC unit.

Definitely stay again, great location and facilities, friendly and helpful staff.

Restaurant is fully vegan. No doubt this is some kind of environmental statement by the Ovolo chain, but after a long trip I just wanted to relax rather than having to navigate my way around a taxing menu. There was no work desk in the bedroom

budget hotel, nothing fancy. Small rooms, rundown hotel but quiet and safe and staff are nice
