The rooms was a bit dated especially the shower otherwise this would be a 5* review. The pool and outside areas are gorgeous, spacious and comfortable. The views to Bali stunning. The staff couldn't be more helpful and friendly. It's worth staying at the hotel just to eat in both of the restaurants where the food and service couldn't be faulted.

My stay at Sudamala was unforgettable. The staff were exceptionally friendly and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Our room was spacious, impeccably clean, and provided a perfect night's sleep. The hotel's central location made exploring the Senaggigi a breeze, and the delicious food at the restaurant was a fantastic bonus. There is local restaurant across the street along with laundry and a mini mart for snacks. I loved the area and was super glad I chose Senggigi over Kuta

Was quite shocked. Upon checking in, served a welcome drink, which was great but after that was just downhill. No towels were in the room and tried to call the front desk but the phone was disconnected. It took hours to get the towels. Power outage continued for so long and occurred frequently. The color of water was terrible… even for 1 night, wasn’t rest at all…

Without a doubt, one of the best, if not the best hotel in Gili Trawangan. My wife and I spent 5 days there and we liked everything about this hotel. A truly wonderful place to stay.

Our stay at Seven Secrets by Hanging Gardens was nothing short of exceptional. This resort strikes the perfect balance between quaint charm and luxurious comfort. The staff were incredibly friendly and kind—always attentive, yet never intrusive.
